Shweta Agrawal is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in the financial services and alternative investments industry. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at InvAscent, where she oversees the firm's finance, compliance, operations, fund administration, taxation, treasury, investor relations, and regulatory frameworks.

Shweta has held several leadership roles across reputed investment platforms. Prior to InvAscent, she was the Chief Operating Officer at SBICAP Ventures, CFO at Paragon Partners, and served as SVP at IDFC Alternatives. She began her professional journey at Edelweiss, gaining foundational experience across finance and operations.

As the Chairperson of the AIF CFO Association, Shweta plays a key role in driving collaboration and advocacy within the private equity and venture capital CFO community in India.

She is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA - USA), and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Rajeev Saptarshi is the Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer at Kotak Investment Advisors Limited (KIAL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank. He leads critical functions across the organization, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Investor Relations, for the Group's entire alternate assets platform spanning Real Estate, Special Situations, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Investment Advisory.

With over28 years at the Kotak Mahindra Group, Rajeev brings deep leadership experience across multiple verticals. Previously, he served as the COO of Institutional Equities at Kotak Securities, driving technology innovation while overseeing Finance and Operations. He also held the position ofCFO at Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, the Group's Investment Banking arm.

Beyond Kotak, Rajeev actively contributes to the industry. He is a member of the Executive Committee at the Indian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (IVCA) and serves on the Governing Council of the Indian Association of Alternative Investment Funds (IAAIF).

Rajeev is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence in India's investment ecosystem.
